Important Dates:

March 1, 2024 March 15, 2024 May 1, 2024: Early registration closes.
June 19, 2024: Regular registration closes.

Accommodation:

Bookings to be made directly with the hotel, information is available on the accommodation page of the meeting website.

Registration:

Your registration fee includes:

  • Access to meeting sessions
  • Access to the exhibition and industry symposium
  • Lunches and morning/afternoon teas for the duration of the meeting
  • Badge, satchel, meeting programme
  • Certificate of attendance

The registration fee excludes:

  • Your hotel accommodation
  • Travel expenses
  • Transport to and from the airport

Bookings & Payments

The contractor of the AMRSE2024 is SIA Top Session (Reg. Nr.: 40203157611, 5-15 Mērsraga street, Rīga, LV-1002) sends customers invoices according to the bookings made during registration. By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to purchase the services of their choice at the agreed-upon price, as stated in the booking.

PAYMENT

Full payment of fees is required prior to the Meeting. Payment can be made by bank transfer only.

! After the registration you will receive an invoice. Invoice number should be used as the reference and the payment processed within 10 calendar days. Do not process the payment without receiving an invoice beforehand.

Companions:

Companions are not allowed to attend course sessions and/or entrance to the exhibition area during the meeting.

Letters of Invitation:

Should you require a letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa, please register first, and then contact Liga Hartpenga at events@topsession.eu. Letters of invitation can only be given to registered delegates.

Special dietary requirements:

Any special dietary requirements requested after May 20, 2024 cannot be guaranteed, as these arrangements are organised in advance with the venue.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration and payment will be confirmed by e-mail. If you haven’t received and order confirmation, please check your junk e-mail folder. If you still cannot find the order confirmation, please contact us at events@topsession.eu

  • Bookings cancelled in writing before March 20, 2024 will be subject to a 25% admin fee
  • Cancellations made after March 20, 2024 will not qualify for a refund
  • In the event of non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable

NB! Please send cancellations to events@topsession.eu and make sure to receive a confirmation of receipt. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. However, it is possible to allocate the booking to a third party. The contact details of the new participant are to be sent immediately, no later than 14 days before the event. However, it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.
