The global rhinoplasty community is becoming aware that rhinoplasty is not just a surgical procedure – it is an art form, akin to painting, sculpture and architectural design.

The artistic dimension in the world of Art Nouveau showcases its vision of beauty. This aesthetic is exemplified by unique wall sculptures – bas-reliefs and high reliefs adorning the buildings of Riga, preserved in pristine condition, where numerous faces with diverse nasal contours are immortalized. It makes the capital of Latvia a perfect location to hold the Annual Meeting of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe 2024  – the only city in Northern Europe adorned with a colossal “exhibition” of flawless nose profiles on its facades. AMRSE 2024 will be held  from June 21st to 22nd (the shortest night of the year) with the motto: “Riga Art Nouveau – Art of Rhinoplasty”.

AMRSE 2024 is set to commence on June 21st with a morning complementary excursion for all conference participants, exploring the renowned Art Nouveau quarters of Riga.

The scientific program of AMRSE 2024 promises to be diverse and packed with content. It will feature keynote lectures from the presidents of RSE, invited lecturers and other esteemed rhinoplasty experts. Free paper sessions will provide an opportunity for both RSE members and non-members, as well as young colleagues, to share their experiences, findings, and fresh ideas in rhinoplasty. A medical exhibition and industry symposiums will also be held during AMRSE 2024.

The informal events will take place from June 17th to June 20th, 2024, prior to the commencement of the scientific sessions of AMRSE 2024. The unique program of these events will allow participants to experience the special energy, virtues and magic of Riga and Latvia (see the section of website “PRE-MEETING” program).
